In 2011, I founded AK Swimming Team in Alexandria with no federation backing and no shortcuts. What I built instead was a structured high-performance environment utilizing Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) pathways and biomechanics-led training.

Today, as CEO of Green Plaza Sports Investment, I merge 17 years of elite sports coaching with strategic business leadership. My work revolves around building talent identification systems, managing elite sports facilities, and forging institutional partnerships.

I partner with federations, Olympic clubs, and sports investment groups who are serious about building enduring performance systems—not chasing short-term results.
